    Winter sun cocktail

    Sitting in that very happy place between after-dinner cocktail and dessert, this tropical treat is inspired by the Italian classic sgroppino. 

    Serves: 1


    30ml Bacardi Coconut Rum
    1 large scoop mango sorbet
    120-150ml prosecco


    1. Pour the coconut rum into a coupe or large wine glass. Place a teaspoon in the glass and put the scoop of mango sorbet on top. Top with prosecco, pouring around the scoop; the sorbet should sit at the top.
