We've invited some of our Partners to host events at our Cookery Schools, to share fascinating insight into their particular role or specialism. From animal welfare to responsible fishing, from nutritional advice to Masters of Wine.

Fisherman's Catch with Jeremy Langley

Meet our Aquaculture and Fisheries Manager, Jeremy Langley, and learn why responsible fishing means a better dish for you and secure fish stocks for generations to come.
You'll learn to cook three delicious recipes: Moules - Frites, a fancy fish finger Sandwich with tartar sauce and a delicious lime and turmeric bream with masala dal, and feast on your culinary creations throughout the day, with wines to accompany each dish.

A Taste of Asia with Duncan Sinclair and John Gregson
Thursday 15 November, 6pm - 8.30pm
Salisbury, £50 per person
Join us for a special evening with our agriculture experts, Dincan Sinclair and John Gregson. You'll see how to make two tasty Asian recipes, while learning why our market leading animal welfare standards produce better quality meat.
Duncan and John work across our livestock supply chains to improve animal welfare standards. They'll share their expertise, while you watch a demonstration of steamed bao buns with slow-cooked pork. Then you'll make chicken larb gai under expert tuition from our chefs. You'll feast on all these culinary creations, all matched with wine or beer.
