2 wedges chopped apple
50ml aloe vera juice
15ml elderflower cordial
Fresh thyme, to garnish
Lemon zest or peel, to garnish
Crush the chopped apple in a shaker before adding the gin, aloe vera juice, elderflower cordial and ice. Shake and strain into a coupe. Garnish with the thyme and lemon zest or peel.
