    Apple old fashioned

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    3 tsp apple jelly
    2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
    50ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon
    Ice, add another
    Apple slice, to garnish
    Cinnamon stick, to garnish

    Method

    Put 3 tsp apple jelly and 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters in a tumbler. Add 25ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon and stir until smooth. Fill the glass with ice, add another 25ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon and stir well. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
