Avocado smoothie breakfast bowl with seeds & fruit

1 Perfectly Ripe Avocado, stoned and peeled
275g Alpro Vanilla yogurt alternative
160ml Alpro Oat drink
1 large mango, peeled, stoned and diced
200g strawberries, sliced
2 nectarines, quartered, stoned and sliced
20g mixed seeds
2 tbsp No.1 Medium Canadian Maple Syrup
1. Place the avocado, yogurt alternative, oat drink, and mango into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
2. Divide the mixture between 4 bowls.
3. Top attractively with the fruit, mixed seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup. Serve immediately.
