    Berry, orange and cinnamon kefir smoothie

    pinch cinnamon
    250g frozen berries
    150ml Biotiful Dairy Organic Baked Milk Kefir
    ½ orange, juice
    ½ tsp fresh root ginger, grated
    2 tsp clear honey


    1. Put all the ingredients into a blender along with 100-200ml cold water, then whizz until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
