Bitter greens with pear and walnuts

Serves: 4
3 pears
1 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp cider vinegar
3 tsp honey
40g walnuts, roughly chopped, plus extra to serve
½ x 250g pack chopped kale
3-4 large chard leaves, roughly chopped
walnut oil, to serve
1. Cut the pears into quarters, removing the pips. Put in a frying pan with the butter, season and cook over a medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes). Add the cider vinegar and cook until evaporated, then add the honey, walnuts, kale, chard and a splash of water.
2. Cook, stirring, until tender and the liquid has been absorbed (about 5 minutes). Top with extra walnuts and a drizzle of walnut oil.
