Blackberry & almond bircher muesli

1 small apple, grated
1 small orange, juice
75g porridge oats
Large pinch ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
1 tbsp mixed seeds, plus extra to serve
1 tbsp toasted flaked almonds, plus extra to serve
125ml almond drink, plus extra to serve
1. Chop 50g blackberries and crush in the base of a mixing bowl with the back of a fork. Stir in the grated apple and orange juice, then add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight.
2. To serve, give the oats a stir, then divide between two bowls. Pour over a little more almond drink to loosen, if liked, and top each with the remaining 100g blackberries and an extra sprinkling of cinnamon, seeds and almonds.
For an extra almondy kick, try stirring 1 tbsp almond butter into
the bircher muesli before soaking overnight.
