    Bourbon fizz

    Ingredients

    50ml bourbon
    30ml Aperol
    1 tbsp sugar syrup
    Soda water
    Orange twist, to garnish 

    Method

    Mix the bourbon, Aperol and sugar syrup in a copa. Top up with soda water and garnish with an orange twist.
