    Bramley and Orange Scones

    Makes: 12 slices


    • A medium sized bramley apple
    • Rind of an orange, grated
    • Scone dough


    1. Peel, core and chop a medium-sized Bramley apple and finely grate the rind of an orange, then stir both into your usual scone recipe before adding the milk.
    2. Bake as instructed. Allow to cool. Split in half and spread generously with butter. Or for something more indulgent, split and top with Waitrose Calvados and Cinnamon Cream.
