3 Twinings Lemon & Ginger Tea teabags
150ml fresh lemon juice, strained
150ml caster sugar
150ml St-Germain Elderflower Liquer
600ml bourbon whiskey
300ml pear juice
1. In a very large teapot, add the 3 Twinings Lemon & Ginger Tea teabags to 600ml boiling water and allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
2. Add the fresh lemon juice, along with the caster sugar, the St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, the bourbon whiskey and the pear juice. Once added, stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
3. To garnish, using a sharp knife, thinly slice rounds of pear and lemon and add to the teapot. Serve when still warm, in teacups.
