Cheesy pork steaks

3 tbsp oil
1 sliced essential Waitrose Leek
25g chopped Waitrose Walnut Pieces
4 essential Waitrose British Pork Shoulder Steaks
75g grated essential Waitrose Mature Cheddar
Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and gently fry 1 sliced essential Waitrose Leek for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in 25g chopped Waitrose Walnut Pieces and move to a bowl to cool slightly. In the same pan, heat another 1 tbsp oil and fry 4 essential Waitrose British Pork Shoulder Steaks for 4-5 minutes until golden.
Transfer to a baking tray. Mix 75g grated essential Waitrose Mature Cheddar into the leek mixture and press on top of the steaks then bake for 15-20 minutes.
