Chicken with spinach & grains

1 litre chicken stock
100g Waitrose Love Life Quick Cook Farro Dicocco
2 roasted chicken breasts, shredded and with skin removed
50g walnuts, roughly chopped
2 tbsp French dressing
1. In a saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Pour the farro into the stock and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender. Then add the spinach and cook for a further 30 seconds until wilted. Drain and cool.
2. Mix in the shredded chicken, walnuts and dressing. Season to taste, and serve.
