    165g Waitrose Love Life Pitted Medjool Dates
    150g dark chocolate 70% cocoa
    500g pot Lindahls Natural Quark 


    1. Set aside 2 of the dates and place the remainder in a food processor. Add 50ml of water and blitz until smooth and creamy.

    2. Break up the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water. Heat the chocolate carefully until melted, then remove from the pan and set aside to cool slightly.

    3. Place the quark in a large bowl and use a handheld electric mixer to whisk for 1 minute until creamy and thickened. Add the chocolate and date purée then beat again until well blended.

    4. Divide the mixture between 6 small glasses or 150ml ramekins and chill until ready to serve. Shred the remaining dates and sprinkle over the top.
