2 tsp chocolate syrup, plus extra to decorate
35ml Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac
20ml Hotel Chocolat Velvetised Chocolate Cream Liqeur Salted Caramel & Clementine
15ml Cointreau triple sec
1 clementine slice to serve
1 Put some chocolate syrup on a plate, then dip the entire rim of a martini glass in it. Allow it to drip down the sides, then chill the glass for 5-10 minutes to set the syrup slightly.
2 Combine the 2 tsp chocolate syrup, cognac, chocolate cream and triple sec in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake until cold, then pour into the chilled martini glass and add the clementine slice to the edge
of the glass to serve.
