Christmas Gin Cocktails

DOUBLE ORANGE G&T
50ml Tanqueray
London Dry Gin
200ml tonic water
1 tsp essential Waitrose Seville Orange Marmalade No Peel
1 twist of orange peel
CLASSIC MARTINI
40ml Tanqueray 10 Gin
10ml tsp dry vermouth
2 pimento-stuffed green olives in brine, drained
DOUBLE ORANGE G&T
1. In a tall glass, stir together the gin and marmalade until well blended.
2. Fill the glass with ice, top up with tonic and fi nish with a twist of orange peel.
CLASSICE MARTINI
1. Place the gin, vermouth and a few ice cubes in a shaker and mix well (alternatively, mix together in a jug).
2. Strain into a martini glass. Thread two olives onto a cocktail stick and add to the glass.
