Crab & coriander bucatini

150g Waitrose 1 Bucatini Spaghetti
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 red chilli, finely sliced and deseeded
1 clove garlic, finely sliced
100ml dry white wine
3 tbsp crème fraîche
2 x 100g packs white crab meat
½ lemon, juice and finely grated zest
½ x 28g pack coriander, finely chopped
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and season with sea salt. Add the pasta and cook according to the pack instructions.
2. Meanwhile, warm a frying pan over a medium heat and pour in the oil. Add the chilli and garlic, and fry gently for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the wine and turn up the heat, bubble and reduce the wine slightly, then add the crème fraîche. Mix well and season lightly.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, use tongs to transfer it from the water into the frying pan. Add the crab meat, lemon zest, juice and coriander, and toss together. Serve in wide, shallow bowls.
