    Dalgona coffee

    Serves: 1


    1-2 tbsp instant coffee granules
    ½ tbsp granulated sugar
    2 tbsp hot water
    250ml Essential Whole Milk
    ice, to serve


    Combine 1-2 tbsp instant coffee granules, ½ tbsp granulated sugar and 2 tbsp hot water in a mixing bowl. Beat together with an electric whisk (or a hand whisk or fork) until light and fluffy with stiff peaks. Fill a glass with 250ml Essential Whole Milk and ice, spoon the whipped coffee on top and stir to serve.
