A Dog's Nose was an old tavern drink featuring porter and stout. This version uses Guinness instead
Serves: 1
35ml Chambord
15ml pink grapefruit juice
10ml lemon juice
15ml egg white*
5ml raspberry syrup
50ml Guinness
5g Waitrose Cooks' Homebaking Freeze Dried Raspberries, blitzed to a fine powder
1. Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake with cubed ice.
2. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with the Guinness. Garnish with small herb leaves and the raspberry powder.
