Makes: 1
Ingredients
25ml vodka
35ml coffee liqueur
35ml fresh espresso coffee, cooled
Roasted coffee beans, to garnish
Method
Put some ice in a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur and fresh espresso coffee. Shake well, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the roasted coffee beans.
TipIf you have a pod coffee machine, espresso drawn from it works brilliantly in this drink.
