The secret of a successful stir fry is to make sure the wok or frying pan is hot, and to have everything chopped and prepared before starting to cook. As an alternative, try this recipe using 400g chicken breasts or pork loin steaks, sliced into strips – and serve with noodles instead of rice. Make sure the pork/chicken is cooked through.
