    Fish finger, bean and mash bake

    1 tbsp oil
    300g pack essential Waitrose
    10 Cod Fish Fingers
    195g can essential Waitrose Sweetcorn, drained
    400g can essential Waitrose Baked Beans
    400g pack essential Waitrose Mashed Potato
    50g essential Waitrose Cheddar Cheese, grated


    1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7.

    2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish fingers for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the sweetcorn and beans in a small saucepan with 50ml water for 1-2 minutes then transfer to an ovenproof serving dish. Top with the fish fingers.

    3. Cook the potato in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and spoon round the edges of the dish. Sprinkle the cheese all over and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
