    Frozen banana & berry breakfast smoothie

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes + freezing
    • Total time: 5 minutes + freezing

    Serves: 2 generously

    Ingredients

    2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
    2 x 110g packs frozen Waitrose Duchy Organic Blueberry & Raspberry Oat Smoothie Mix
    300ml whole milk
    200ml pressed apple juice
    1-2 tbsp maple syrup, to taste

    Method

    1. Put the frozen bananas and smoothie mix into a blender, then pour in the milk. Whizz until thick and creamy, like whippy ice cream.

    2. Gradually blend in the apple juice until the mix is smooth and pourable.

    3. Sweeten to taste with the maple syrup and pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
