    Garlic wilted broccoli

    Serves: 4


    1 tbsp Duchy Organic English Salted Butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed or very finely grated
    200g pack Duchy Organic Tenderstem Broccoli, trimmed, washed and dried
    ½ tsp sea salt flakes 


    1. Melt the butter in a large frying pan or wok. Add the oil and garlic, then cook over a low heat until fragrant.

    2. Add the broccoli and fry over a medium heat for about 5 minutes, until bright green.

    3. Add 60ml water and cook for about 5 minutes or until the water has evaporated, covering with a lid for the last couple of minutes of cooking. Scatter over the salt and serve immediately.
