Grapefruit and rosemary fizz

30ml Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin
15ml lime juice
80ml sparkling elderflower, chilled
Sprig rosemary and grapefruit peel, to serve
1 Put the gine and lime juice in a Champagne flute and top with elderflower. Add the rosemary and grapefruit peel, then serve.
