Green smoothie bowl

Serves: Serves 1 (makes approximately 400ml)
1 small banana, broken into pieces
1/2 mango, peeled and diced
1 kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped
50g baby leaf spinach
To top:
1 tbsp Waitrose LoveLife Seed, Berry and Goji Mix
1 tsp desiccated coconut
1 strawberry, sliced
Small handful blueberries
Combine the ingredients for the smoothie in a liquidiser, pour in 100ml cold water then blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle over the seed mix and desiccated coconut then top with the strawberries and blueberries.
