    Haddock & grain pilaf

    300g smoked haddock
    75g frozen essential Waitrose Peas
    1 tbsp oil
    1 small essential Waitrose Red Onion, sliced
    1 tsp medium curry powder
    250g pouch Waitrose Love Life Quinoa, Chickpeas, Bulgar Wheat & Rice
    Natural yogurt, to serve


    1. Poach the haddock and peas in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain and allow to cool slightly before removing the skin, break the fish into flakes.

    2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes, add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.

    3. Heat the pouch according to pack instructions and add to the onion pan with the fish and peas, stir to combine. Serve with a spoonful of yogurt.
