    Ingredients

    50ml Haku
    50ml chilled matcha tea
    50ml soda water
    Ice
    Lime zest curl, to garnish

    Method

    Add 50ml Haku, 50ml chilled matcha tea and 50ml soda water to a highball filled with ice. Garnish with a lime zest curl.
