2 essential Waitrose British Chicken Breast Fillets
2 tbsp The Spice Tailor Tomato, Garlic & Chilli Chutni
250g pouch Uncle Ben’s Brown Basmati Rice
220g pack Waitrose Cauliflower & Broccoli Couscous (selected stores)
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
2. Place the chicken breasts on a small baking sheet and spread with the chutni. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked with no pink meat.
3. Meanwhile, heat the rice and cauliflower couscous according to the pack instructions, mix together and season. Serve with the chicken, pouring over any juices.
