50ml bourbon or whisky
20ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
Orange slice, to garnish
Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Pour 50ml bourbon or whisky, 20ml lemon juice and 20ml sugar syrup into a highball filled with ice. Stir with a long-handled spoon and top up with soda water. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
