Irish whiskey is the main component of this crisp drink
12 fresh mint leaves
2½ shots Jameson Irish Whiskey
¾ shot sugar syrup
3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
mint leaves, for garnishing
Lightly muddle the mint leaves in the shaker. Add the whiskey, syrup and bitters, shake with ice and strain into a tall glass half filled with with crushed ice and stir. Repeat until the drink fills the glass, garnish and serve with straws.
