    Mint Julep

    Irish whiskey is the main component of this crisp drink

    Serves: 1


    • 12 fresh mint leaves
    • 2½ shots Jameson Irish Whiskey
    • ¾ shot sugar syrup
    • 3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
    • mint leaves, for garnishing


    1. Lightly muddle the mint leaves in the shaker. Add the whiskey, syrup and bitters, shake with ice and strain into a tall glass half filled with with crushed ice and stir. Repeat until the drink fills the glass, garnish and serve with straws.
