Morning glory flapjacks

180g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
110g light brown muscovado sugar
1 tbsp golden syrup
275g Rude Health Morning Glory Porridge, or rolled oats
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C, gas mark 2. Grease a 13cm x 23cm baking tin and line with baking parchment. Put the sugar, syrup and butter into a saucepan over a low heat and stir until the butter has melted. Add the oats and mix thoroughly, making sure they are well coated.
2. Tip the oat mixture into the tin and level with the back of a spoon. Bake for 40 minutes, then leave to cool in the tin before cutting into rectangles. These will keep for a few days, so you can make them at home and take them to enjoy during a camping trip.
