Tuna & mixed bean salad

1 essential Waitrose Cucumber Portion, cut into large dice
250g pack essential Waitrose Cherry Tomatoes, halved
400g can essential Waitrose Mixed Bean Salad in Water, drained and rinsed
400g can essential Waitrose Red Kidney Beans in Water, drained and rinsed
3 tbsp essential Waitrose French Dressing
2 x 200g cans essential Waitrose Tuna Steak in Spring Water, drained
2 Waitrose Free Range Eggs
1. Toss the cucumber, tomatoes and beans in a serving bowl. Mix in the French dressing. Break the tuna into large chunks and toss into the bean mixture, then season.
2. Soft-boil the eggs for 4 minutes, quarter, place on top of the salad and serve.
