Turkey & ham pasties

Serves: 4
500g Cooks’ Ingredients All Butter Puff Pastry, thawed
McDougalls Plain Flour, for dusting
200g leftover roast turkey, diced
½ x 450g pack Waitrose Cheddar Mash
3 slices leftover ham or gammon, diced
2 tbsp essential Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard
1 essential Waitrose Free Range egg, beaten
1. Heat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Cut each pastry block in half. On a lightly floured surface, roll out to make 4 x 18cm squares.
2. In a bowl, mix together the turkey, mash, ham and mustard, and put a quarter of the mixture in the centre of each pastry square.
3. Dampen the edges and pull the corners up to meet in the centre. Firmly press the edges together to seal.
4. Transfer to a large, lined baking sheet, brush with some of the egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until risen, dark golden and heated right through. Serve warm or at room temperature.
