    Minced turkey curry

    • Total time: Ready in 30 minutes 30 minutes

    250g Waitrose LOVE Life Brown Basmati, Red Camargue Wild Rice
    1 tbsp essential Waitrose Olive Oil
    500g pack essential Waitrose British Turkey Breast Mince
    1 essential Waitrose Onion, chopped
    3 tbsp Patak’s Tikka Paste
    400g can essential Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes
    100g essential Waitrose Spinach
    50g essential Waitrose Low Fat Natural Yogurt


    1. Cook the rice in boiling water for 25–30 minutes, then drain.

    2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the turkey and onion for 5 minutes. Add the curry paste and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the tomatoes, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    3. Add the spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted. Stir in the yogurt, season and serve with the rice.
