    Spinach and goat's cheese pizza

    Ingredients

    Waitrose Organic Pizza Base (alternatively use a Napolina Large Pizza Base)

    2-3 tbsp essential Waitrose Tomato and Basil Sauce

    80g pack Waitrose Ready Washed Spinach

    90g pack Gevrik Soft Creamy Goats Chees

    Freshly ground black pepper

    Drizzle of Waitrose Basil Infused Olive Oil

    Crisp green salad (to serve)

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 220ºC, gas mark 7. Remove a Waitrose Organic Pizza Base from the freezer (alternatively use a Napolina Large Pizza Base, from the grocery aisle, and spread over 2-3 tbsp essential Waitrose Tomato and Basil Sauce).
    2. Microwave an 80g pack Waitrose Ready Washed Spinach according to instructions, then carefully open the bag and allow steam to escape for a few minutes. Place the spinach on the pizza base and then crumble a 90g pack Gevrik Soft Creamy Goats Cheese over the top.
    3. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden. Serve with freshly ground black pepper, a drizzle of Waitrose Basil Infused Olive Oil and a crisp green salad.
