    Chicken and lentil tikka masala

    1 tbsp essential Waitrose Vegetable Oil
    400g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken Breast Chunks
    400g can essential Waitrose Lentils, drained
    500g jar essential Waitrose Tikka Masala Sauce
    28g pack coriander, chopped
    Waitrose Basmati Aromatic Rice (optional)


    1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the chicken for 5 minutes. Add the lentils and sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Check the chicken is cooked through with no pink meat.

    2. Stir in the coriander and serve with rice, if using.
