Chicken, pesto & new potato roast

800g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken Drumsticks, scored
600g essential Waitrose New Potatoes, quartered into wedges
1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, diced
250g pack essential Waitrose Cherry Tomatoes
3 tbsp Waitrose Green Basil Pesto
1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC, gas mark 7.
2. Place all the ingredients in a large roasting tin and toss well to coat. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through with no pink meat and the potatoes are tender, then serve.
