    Chilli prawns & butternut spaghetti

    Chilli prawns & butternut spaghetti

    3 tsp olive oil
    25g wholemeal breadcrumbs
    2 tsp sesame seeds
    ½ red chilli, finely chopped
    150g pack essential Waitrose Cooked King Prawns
    185g pack Waitrose Spiralized Butternut Spaghetti (selected stores)
    ½ x 25g pack parsley, roughly chopped
    ½ lime


    1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and fry the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside. Heat the remaining oil, add the chilli and prawns, and fry for 2 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile, microwave the butternut spaghetti according to the pack instructions and stir into the prawns.

    3. Scatter over the breadcrumbs and the parsley, and serve with a squeeze of lime.
