Margarita Rock Lobster Tails

Don't be daunted by the idea of cooking lobster. Tails contain just the meat so there's little preparation to do and the lime and tequila marinade helps to keep them tender and juicy.
Serves: 4
As an alternative to threading on skewers, wrap the tails in foil and barbecue for 10-12 minutes or until ready, turning after 6-7 minutes.
Alternatively, cook the lobster and lime halves under a hot grill for the same amount of time.
