    Pork chops with caramelised apple sauce

    2 pork chops, trimmed
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 Waitrose essential Pink Lady Apple, cored and sliced
    ½ x chicken stock cube, made up to 150ml with boiling water
    75g Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
    ½ x 25g pack parsley, chopped
    250g pack Waitrose Vegetable Medley


    1. Season the chops and place on a foil-lined grill pan under a preheated grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.

    2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and apple for 5-6 minutes until caramelised. Add the stock and cream cheese and heat for 1 minute, then season and add the parsley. Pour over the pork chops.

    3. Heat the vegetable medley according to pack instructions and serve with the chops.
