Smoked Cod Pasta Bake
Ingredients

Tenderstem broccoli

125g mozzarella, sliced

150g pack Waitrose Trimmed Sugar Snap Peas

300g Waitrose Egg Garganelli Pasta

400g traditionally smoked cod

350g jar Waitrose Italian Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Meanwhile, add 300g Waitrose Egg Garganelli Pasta to a large pan of boiling water and cook according to pack instructions. Drain thoroughly and return to the pan.

Stir in 400g traditionally smoked cod (undyed), cut into 3-4cm cubes, and 350g jar Waitrose Italian Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce. Stir in 150g pack Waitrose Trimmed Sugar Snap Peas and transfer to an ovenproof dish.

Top with 125g mozzarella, sliced, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cod is just cooked. Serve with tenderstem broccoli.
