Pasta sauces

A wide range of ready-prepared pasta sauce are available. For a quick and easy meal, simply cook some Waitrose pasta and serve with the sauce of your choice.

Fresh pasta sauces

Arrabbiata sauce

A hot and spicy sauce with red and green peppers.

Bolognese sauce

A popular tomato, beef and onion sauce with fresh vegetables, red wine and spices.

Carbonara sauce

A rich creamy sauce with bacon and cheese.

Mediterranean vegetable and tuna sauce

A tomato and tuna sauce with red and yellow peppers, courgettes and red onions.

Red pepper sauce

A smooth red pepper sauce with cream and basil.

Napoletana sauce

A rich tomato sauce with fresh vegetables and herbs.

Tomato and basil sauce (organic)

A rich piquant sauce made with organic tomatoes and basil.

To store: Keep fresh pasta sauces in the fridge and consume by the use by date. Or freeze on the day of purchase and use within 1 month, defrost fully in a fridge before use and do not refreeze once defrosted.

To use: Heat following the instructions on the carton, either in a microwave oven or in a pan on the hob.

To store: Keep in a cool dark dry place for up to 1 year. Once opened store in the fridge and use within 3 days.

To use: Heat following the instructions on the jar, either in a microwave oven or in a pan on the hob.
