    Sunny iced tea cocktail

    Sunny iced tea cocktail

    • Total time: 10 minutes + chilling

    Serves: 2


    2 Twinings Earl Grey teabags
    2 tsp caster sugar
    4 tbsp vermouth rosso chilled
    4 tbsp vodka chilled
    Juice of ½ lemon
    Ice cubes
    2 sprigs of rosemary and 1 lemon thinly sliced, to serve 


    1. Steep the teabags in a jug with 300ml boiling water for 8 minutes. Remove the teabags. Stir in the caster sugar, leave to cool then chill.

    2. Pour the chilled tea into a jug, stir in the vermouth, vodka, lemon juice and plenty of ice.

    3. Pour into chilled glasses or tea cups and serve with sprigs of rosemary and slices of lemon.
