    Beetroot and ginger juice

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes

    Serves: 4


    650g raw beetroot, scrubbed

    2 Braeburn apples

    4 sticks celery, plus extra for serving

    30g fresh root ginger, peeled

    Juice of ½ lemon


    1. Chop the beetroot and apples to fit your juicer, then juice with the celery and ginger. Stir in the lemon juice

    2. Serve chilled or over crushed ice, with extra celery sticks.
