300g pack Waitrose Lightly Spiced Sweet Potato Chips (find in the prepared vegetables chiller)
350g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken Mini Breast Fillets
350g tub essential Waitrose Tomato And Basil Sauce
25g Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Place the chips in the base of a shallow ovenproof dish and lay the chicken on top. Spoon over the sauce and sprinkle with the cheese.
2. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and the chicken is cooked through with no pink meat. Sprinkle over the parsley and serve.
