    Chive Oil

    Chive Oil

    Makes: 100ml


    • 15g chives
    • ¼ tsp coarse sea salt
    • 100ml extra virgin olive oil


    1. Place a 15g pack of chives and ¼ tsp coarse sea salt in a mini food processor or blender and pulse until minced. With the motor running, add 100ml extra virgin olive oil in a steady stream through the top of the processor or blender.
    2. Keep processing until the mixture is smooth. Strain through a fine sieve and pour into a small bowl or squeezy bottle until ready to use. This is great for drizzling on to salads, soups, grilled fish and barbecued meat. Makes 100ml.
