    Gammon with spicy butter bean crush

    2 tbsp oil
    360g pack essential Waitrose
    2 British Outdoor Bred Unsmoked Gammon Steaks
    400g can essential Waitrose Butter Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 essential Waitrose Leek, sliced
    1 red chilli, finely chopped
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 tsp essential Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard


    1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan. Snip the fat of the gammon with scissors at intervals and fry for 5-6 minutes, turning once halfway through. Set aside and keep warm.

    2. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and fry the beans, leek and chilli for 4-5 minutes until golden. Season and lightly crush with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parsley and mustard. Serve with the gammon.
