Cheese sauce

Smooth creamy, fresh cheese sauce is available as 95% fat free, made with three vegetarian cheeses: parmesan, cheddar and dolcelatte. An organic fresh cheese sauce is also available - made with organic cheddar and parmesan cheese.

Uses: Serve cheese sauce as an accompaniment to green vegetables, pour over cooked pasta or use as a topping for lasagne, cannelloni or moussaka.

To store: Keep in the fridge and consume by the use by date. Or freeze on the day of purchase and use within 1 month, defrost fully in a fridge before use and do not refreeze once thawed.

To use: Heat following the carton instructions either in a microwave oven or in a pan on the hob.
