Pimientos del Piquillo
These are char-grilled whole sweet red Spanish peppers that are peeled and ready to eat. They are sold in salted water in small jars.
Uses: The peppers can be left whole and stuffed with soft cheese and herbs and baked for a tasty starter. Or chop and add to risottos, pasta sauces, pizzas or soups.
To store: Keep in a cool dry place. Once opened store in the fridge and consume by the best before date.
